Return window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of items
Items must be unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging unless other instructions are given. Refunds may be reduced if items show signs of use or damage.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless we instruct otherwise.
How to start a return
Customers must contact us before sending any return. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. We do not accept unsolicited returns.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately.
Exchanges
For exchanges, contact us before returning the item so we can advise on availability and next steps.
Refunds
Refunds are decided after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. There is no fixed processing time.
